The Grease Catcher Grease Containment System adheres to EPA standards and traps FOG in hydrophobic grease absorbing pillows. Once captured, FOG cannot leach out, even when soaked with rain or snow.

Two-tiered unit for rooftop kitchen exhaust fans.
- Made from galvanized metal to stand up to extreme weather conditions.
- Each tier contains specially designed absorbent pillows to trap and contain oils and grease.
- Weep holes allow water to run freely through the unit avoiding pooling.
Grease pillows are made with a UV resistant woven mesh casing filled with a mineral based granular absorbent that allows oil and viscous grease to absorb deep within the pillow for maximum absorbency.

Easy to install and simple to maintain
- Drill 3 self-tapping screws into the outer duct, directly below the fan`s grease spout. (screws included)
- Install 2 platforms: first the Grease Catcher Tray, and then the Grease Catcher Box
- Insert 1 Grease Catcher Pillow into each space: the Box Grease Pillow into the box, and the Tray Grease Pillow onto the tray, screen side up, and insert cross bar.
