Catching Up! As we approach the close of Q1 2026, we wanted to pause and reflect on the previous year and measures we’ve taken to continue growing as a company and helping our customers succeed. Going into 2025 the manufacturing and industrial sectors appeared to be cooling down with predictions leaning toward a flat second half. If 2025 had a theme, it would have been “uncertainty.” Although it was a challenging year, the market found a way to make it through and we had an opportunity to make improvements to be more efficient and to position ourselves to better serve our customers. Some of those changes included adopting a new ERP system. This has helped us streamline operations and administration positively affecting all aspects of our customer service, order fulfillment, logistics, warehousing, and supply chain. Here’s a little more about who Spill Hero is and some of the changes we’ve made over the past year.
Big News! Spill Hero is growing. We have recently opened a new 60,000 sq. ft. manufacturing and warehouse facility in Virginia.
After opening our second facility in Arkansas over 3 years ago, which proved to be a great location and opportunity for us to better serve our customers on the east coast, we had the recent opportunity to secure a much larger space in an even more strategic location in Virginia. The new location has enabled us to add more production equipment and increase manufacturing and stocking capabilities.
We are really excited about this move and have already found the location and added size to be an asset in improving turn-around and fulfillment and providing us more flexibility and logistics options, making our ability to help customers even better and shipping more efficient.
