A Fairview, Tennessee, creek was reported to be emitting bubbles of oil early Tuesday, February 7, 2012, reports The Tennessean.
Fairview Fire Department and Williamson County Emergency Management Agency responded to community complaints of an oil smell around the creek, reports the news source.
Officials used absorbent materials to contain the leak. They monitored the creek for the remainder of the day.
